Commissioned for the Streetopia show in San Francisco in 2011. I worked on a series of landscape views of the rapidly changing Mission Bay bio-tech neighborhood in San Francisco's Bayshore area. The work was done on traditional continuous tone 4x5 b/w film, using filters and employing sandwiched negative printing, as I was looking to recreate some of the dynamics of superimposition work I had experimented with in the mid-80s.
